The apartment building project "Kauko Vilos," located at Kauko Ave. 2, Kaunas. The "Kauko Vilos" project includes three residential buildings with a total of eleven apartments, ranging in size from 64 to 300 square meters. All apartments feature a terrace or balcony. It is also planned to restore the historic "Kaukas" restaurant fountain and establish a sculpture park.
