Construction technical supervision is a supervision of a building from the beginning of the construction till the procedure of the construction object as suitable for the use.
Technical supervision specialists control if the building is constructed in accordance with design, under the contract and if it complies with the requirements of laws and other legal acts. They also monitor compliance with the requirements and deadlines set out in the normative construction technical documents and the normative building safety and purpose documents.
